Withdrawal from the Contract If you are a privileged buyer, meaning:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the contract concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but does not have a professional character
- you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract to us, for example, by sending an email to: [email protected].
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The 14-day period for withdrawing from the contract begins when you or a third party other than the carrier, designated by you, takes possession of the goods. In the case of a contract that covers multiple goods that are delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the 14-day period begins when you or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the last item, batch, or part.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
Please return the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract, at the following address: ul. Jesionowa 56/7, 50-504 Wrocław.
We will refund the payments you made to us immediately and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement. If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to you, among other things, for contracts:
where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to your specifications or serving to satisfy your individual needs;
where the subject of the performance is an item that is liable to deteriorate or has a short shelf life;
where the subject of the performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened after delivery;
where the subject of the performance is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Complaints The following content applies to a privileged buyer. If you are not one, please refer to our Store Regulations for detailed information on complaints.
If we fail to properly fulfill the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably by email to: [email protected] or by post to the address ul. Jesionowa 56/7, 50-504 Wrocław.
In principle, we are responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within two years from that time.
Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation, you can:
a) request a replacement of the goods
or
b) request a repair of the goods.
In some cases, you may also:
a) withdraw from the contract
or
b) submit a statement of a price reduction
